不知道大家是不是跟我一样，一旦压力大或者作息不规律，皮肤就会变得比平时更加干燥，我本来就是干皮，冬天护肤的时候，脸上要擦好几层才不觉得干，但是我又懒得天天像抹脸似的仔仔细细擦一遍身体乳，这一次下来半个小时就没了，所以我更倾向于选择一些快捷的内服产品。

我最近在用的是ORBIS的新品DEFENCERA神经酰胺保湿口服粉，ORBIS这个宝藏品牌，他家的卸妆露是我的真爱产品！ORBIS是POLA同集团的姐妹品牌，在日本家喻户晓，这次的DEFENCERA是日本第一款，也是唯一一款得到消费者厅官方特保认可的可以喝的护肤品。它在ins上已经很火了，三浦春马也推荐过它，不过在国内好像知道的人还不多。

它主要通过高纯度胚芽米提取的葡糖神经酰胺构建“内部水分屏障”，葡糖神经酰胺“DF-神经酰胺”是1吨糙米中只能提取2g左右的非常稀有的成分。利用“内部水分屏障”，就能由内而外地给肌肤保湿～

我最爱它的地方就是方便，不泡水直接倒嘴里也能吃，粉末特别细腻，一下就能化开，随时随地都能吃，味道是酸酸甜甜的柚子味，就跟吃零食差不多哈哈哈！对于平时工作比较忙的女生来说，要每天都做到精致护肤是很难的，时间久了难免皮肤变得干燥粗糙，ORBIS也正是为这些女性提供了一个新的护肤模式，精简，快捷却有效。

我吃了半个月左右才来写这篇文，是能够感觉到身体的变化的，洗完澡不会发痒，腿上也没有再起皮，但护肤产品还是要坚持才有效，官方建议吃三个月效果才会稳定，它这一盒是三十包，一次一包，正好一个月，价格算下来也和我们平时用的精华差不多，推荐没有时间护肤的女孩们试一试！
